About the Team and our Scope
Our team, a software house within Swiss Re, develops cloud-native (Azure-based) SaaS/PaaS solutions for external Life & Health insurance clients. Our portfolio includes globally established products and those in growth or incubation stages. We utilize the latest technology and prioritize innovation to stay competitive.
Our technical team comprises professionals with multidisciplinary skills, located in various countries, delivering highly available, multi-regional solutions used worldwide.
As a Quality Engineer specializing in automation, you will take ownership of the automation strategy within one of our product engineering team. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and evolution of advanced automated testing frameworks, driving continuous improvement in test quality and coverage. You will collaborate daily with other QAs, Senior QAs, SW Engineers and DevOps to constantly set the standard for quality and innovation across the organization.
Your responsibilities will be:

Integrate test automation tools, including build verification systems, IDE plugins, and linting programs, to optimize testing efficiency and reliability.

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 2,700] and [EUR 4,500] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits.
