How you will create an impact
- This is your opportunity to support a fast-paced HR Business Partnering team with operational responsibilities and to support key people initiatives.
- We want you to pro-actively and efficiently manage the administrative responsibilities across the team, including a wide range of tasks such as meeting coordination, employee file management (online), regular reporting, collation of data, note taking. In addition, you will train to support the HR Business Partners with general HR queries and will be trained to provide guidance and information on HR policies.
- You will work closely with the colleagues in HR to fulfil day to day requirements of the department as well as support the delivery of key HR programs.
- You will also be trained as a UK Right to Work certifier and meet with employees to complete the onboarding process.
- This role will provide you with the opportunity to lead on key HR processes such as our exit interview procedure and allow you to gain exposure to other centres of excellence within HR.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a high volume and fast-paced Administration position or similar relevant experience in a HR role.
- Highly organised and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong relationship building skills and prior experience of working as part of a team and collaborating with others.
- Ability to operate independently with a proven record of sound decision making.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office – Word / Outlook /Excel/PowerPoint
- Ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive data appropriately and with discretion
