Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

The Procurement Contract Administrator is responsible for the validation portion of the contract data lifecycle. Accountable for contracts across the Company. Is seen as the subject matter expert for all contracts. Responds to inquiries and questions related to all contracts. Maintains strong relationships with internal and external clients, vendors, and departments.
What Will You Do?
- Responsible for quality assurance for all contracts. Ensures data is correct and contract reflects the agreement accurately by identifying and confirming key points within each contract.
- Works closely with Contract executive, sends contracts out to suppliers via Docusign, continues tracking until completion.
- Makes sure all necessary approvals are complete ensuring the process is accurate and all approvals have been obtained.
- Utilizes and operates Ariba Buyer. Is the subject matter expert for the contract process within the tool. Provides guidance and influences to help drive new functionality and process improvements.
- Coordinates all signatures for contracts and ensures all are documented in the system before they get processed. Troubleshoots issues with signatures.
- Partners with Business CFOs, Legal, and Technology departments frequently.
- Builds and deliver training sessions on sourcing components and system use. Creates and provides demonstrations.
- Drafts communications around best practices, change management, trainings and procedure changes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
- 6+ years managing contracts preferred.
- Experience with Ariba Buyer or similar contract platform preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a highly confidential environment.
What is a Must Have?
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience working in sourcing, procurement, contract, or related field.
